TERMS OF SERVICE
Any statements can be changed to an extent if discussed with me before the start of any commission. By commissioning me, you have read and agreed to comply with the following terms, conditions, and instructions. Failure to comply will result to an unfulfilled commission with the chances of not accepting any further commissions in the future.GENERAL TERMS
✧ I have the right to decline and stop the commission at any point. Refunds may apply.
✧ Know that throughout the process, I may need to contact the commissioner with certain questions. Ultimately, I want to create something both you and I are happy with.
✧ Please do not spam questions about how the commission is going. WIPS will be given throughout the whole process or if I am uncertain about particular things. If unsure please refer to the 'Queue' tab above
✧Commissions are on a first come first serve basis. If you need it at a quicker time please contact me and note that there will be a 10% rush fee.
✧ Provide clear references and not an essay. If there is nothing else, write it so that it is understandable and straight to the point. Don't hesitate with details, but also don't ask for too much within my reach. Better to ask than to demand how things need to be done.

Please let me know of any changes within the sketching stage of the process.
After the commission is deemed finished, I am only open to doing any small changes such as coloring/marking mistakes.Any really big changes outside of the sketching stage will come with an extra charge:
Outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, bg/prop changes, or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.COPYRIGHTI retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use unless commercial use was discussed.The client has my permission to:
✧ Repost the artwork wherever they would like, as long as proper credit is given (a link back to any of my socials) and my watermark/signature remains intact and unaltered.Prohibited Actions:
✧ Altering my artwork in any way without asking for permission beforehand, with the exception of cropping/resizing the image for an icon or other use.
✧ Claiming the artwork as your own.
✧ Make money off the art in any way unless discussed with me prior.
✧ Removing any watermarks/signatures.CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS✧ If the commission is canceled (by me or the client) before work has started, then the client will receive a full refund.
✧ If the client cancels the commission during progress, the amount refunded will be on a case-by-case basis and up to the artist’s discretion.

✧ No refunds will be given for completed commissions.
✧ The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission at anytime, for any reason, and without explanation.
✧ If I cancel the commission due to MY OWN inability to complete it at any state, a full refund will be given.Chargebacks will result to:
♢ Me having complete ownership of any art commissioned through me. Meaning, I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
♢ You will be blacklisted and therefore forbidden to commission me.
♢ Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want to for others to watch out for.
♢ I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.

Please note that if there's going to be any type of lettering/words/symbols you want, I am working on a 500x500 canvas thats eventually going to be resized down to 28X28. Keep it simple and short.BASE PRICE: $30 EACH

SKETCHES
Difference between sketches and illustrations are that sketches are more 'undone' and 'loose around the edges'.
Please do not expect anything more or detailed when ordering a sketch~
